Is there a Contract?

No! There is no contract. Its a strictly pay as you go service. However, we do require 30 days notice should you wish to change provider.

Are there any extra costs?

No. You only pay for the collections received. All costs are included in the price of the bags or bin lifts.

How do I start my service?

Give us a call or use the instant quote form on the homepage and a member of our team will contact you to confirm the collection days and times available at the best possible rate. Providing you are happy to go ahead, we then deliver your bins or bags within 72 hours (sometimes earlier). Service can then begin instantly or on an agreed date.

How fast can you deliver?

Within 72 hours. Possibly 24hrs in emergency situations.

Are bin and bag deliveries free?

Yes absolutely free of charge!

How much does it cost?

Price depends on the frequency and type of service needed. However, as Waste Comparison Experts we will provide you with the most cost-effective and practicle options available.

How do I order more bags or bins?

All customers are given an account manager who they can contact directly 24hrs a day for anything they may need. Whether it be booking an emergency collection or ordering more bags, there is always someone there to help. Alteratively call the office or email us.

What are your working hours?

Office hours are 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday. You can contact your account manager directly via mobile outside these hours if necessary.

How do I pay?

Payments are taken in advance for both bag and bin lifts. You can pay the invoice via online transfer or we can take it by Direct Debit at the same time every month.
