Our food recycling service treats your food waste using the anaerobic digestion process which turns food scraps and organic matter into biogas and digestate. Biogas can be used for electricity and heating and digestate for crop fertiliser. This is a great way to reduce your carbon footprint as food makes up a large percentage of daily waste output.
